1. Create an account at: www.netvibes.com
2. Take some time to learn about the site and how to maneuver it.
3. Create two different tabs; use one for Spanish and one for personal use. Name them whatever you want.
4. Within the Spanish tab, create widgets for the following:

5. Add the following RSS feed:

4. Look around the web at stuff in South America only. Choose a topic that interests you, like sports or music or politics, and add some rss feeds of a few blogs/websites/online news sites/fan pages, etc. about that topic.
